Ultimate ears
I don’t intend to do product reviews here, but I received a set of Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3 Studio earphones for Christmas and I just can’t say enough about them. This is my third set of in-ear phones and clearly the best yet.
In my opinion all in-ear styles, even the cheapest ones, have better sound than normal earbuds, but the Ulitmate Ears are out of this world! I can’t afford a set of high end Shure earphones and I suppose they would be even better, but for under $60 street price these things are incredible. Far superior to the Sony units which were my previous favorites. Sound isolation is outstanding and I can play my iPod at much lower levels than with any other earphones. The tonal range is unmatched even by my Sennheiser full size headphones.
The Super.fi 3′s come with FIVE different ends the virtually guarantee a perfect fit for anyone. They also come with an airline adapter so you don’t have to put up with the crap that the airlines hand out (or worse, pay for them in coach!). Pick a pair up!
